g Press a or b until you find the E-mail address you want to add to the group.
h Press the E-mail address and then OK.
i Press OK.
Change a Group 6
You can rename a group, add an E-mail address to the group and delete an E-mail address from the group.
a Press d or c to display to E-mail Server.
b Press to E-mail Server, Address Book and then Edit.
c Press a or b to display Change.
d Press Change.
e Press a or b until you find the group you want to change.
f Press the group name.
g Do one of the following:
If you want to rename the group, go to step h.
If you want to add an E-mail address to the group, go to step j.
If you want to delete an E-mail address from the group, go to step j.
h Press Name. The software keyboard will appear on the LCD.
i Enter a new group name. Go to step n.
j Press a or b to display Add/Delete.
k Press Add/Delete.
l Press a or b until you find the E-mail address you want to add or delete.
m Press the E-mail address.
n Press OK.
o Press OK.
Delete a Group 6
a Press d or c to display to E-mail Server.
b Press to E-mail Server, Address Book and then Edit.
c Press a or b to display Delete.
