i Enter a new name and then press OK. Go to step l.
j Press Address. The software keyboard will appear on the LCD.
k Enter a new E-mail address and then press OK.
l Press OK.
NOTE
The LCD shows you a list of shortcuts using the E-mail address you changed. The shortcut settings will
automatically change.
Delete an E-mail Address 6
a Press d or c to display to E-mail Server.
b Press to E-mail Server, Address Book and then Edit.
c Press a or b to display Delete.
d Press Delete.
e Press a or b until you find the E-mail address you want to delete.
f Press the E-mail address and then OK.
g Press Yes.
NOTE
You cannot delete an E-mail address used in a shortcut. Delete the shortcut first (see Rename or Delete
a Shortcut on page 165).
Set Up a Group 6
You can register up to 6 groups.
NOTE
Before setting up a group, you need to register more than one E-mail address.
a Press d or c to display to E-mail Server.
b Press to E-mail Server, Address Book and then Edit.
c Press a or b to display Setup Groups.
d Press Setup Groups and then Name.
e Enter a group name and then press OK.
f Press Add/Delete.
