a Close the Top Cover if it is open.
b Load a plastic card (see Plastic Cards on page 40).
c Do one of the following:
Press for Scan to PC (USB Connect).
Press or for Scan to PC (Network Connect) or Scan to FTP.
NOTE
You need to assign the Scan to PC (Network Connect) feature to or before starting Scan
to PC (Network Connect). See Scan to PC (Network Connect) on page 132.
You need to assign the Scan to FTP feature to or before starting Scan to FTP. See Scan
Documents to an FTP Server on page 116.
d Press . The machine starts scanning.
