Set Up the Address Book (ADS-1500W only) 6
The Address Book feature lets you select an E-mail address to send the scanned data directly. You can
configure the Address Book from the Control Panel of the machine.
NOTE
You can also configure the Address Book with Remote Setup.
Register an E-mail Address 6
You can register up to 200 E-mail addresses and enter a name for each address.
a Press d or c to display to E-mail Server.
b Press to E-mail Server, Address Book and then Edit.
c Press a or b to display Add New Address.
d Press Add New Address and then Name.
e Enter a name and then press OK.
f Press Address.
g Enter an E-mail address and then press OK.
h Press OK.
Change an E-mail Address 6
a Press d or c to display to E-mail Server.
b Press to E-mail Server, Address Book and then Edit.
c Press a or b to display Change.
d Press Change.
e Press a or b until you find the E-mail address you want to change.
f Press the E-mail Address. If the E-mail address is used in one or more shortcuts, the LCD shows you
that the address in the shortcut(s) will also change. Press OK.
g Do one of the following:
If you want to change the name, go to step h.
If you want to change the E-mail address, go to step j.
h Press Name. The software keyboard will appear on the LCD.
